This project aims to design, using UML, and develop a housing rental management
application with the Java object-oriented programming language based on JavaFX
This application gives its administrator the ability to perform the following operations:
• Authenticate
• View available accommodations that are not yet rented
• Add accommodation
• Modify a dwelling
• Delete an accommodation
• Search for accommodation
•
Add a tenant
• Modify a tenant
• Delete a tenant
• Add rentals (Associate a dwelling to a tenant)
• Establish a rental contract for a tenant and print it
• Establish a rental invoice for a tenant and print it
• Display the history of an accommodation (start date-end date)
